The proposed scheme is for the erection of one 4 storey building, comprising:

  • 107 residential self-contained units,

  • 400sq.m. communal floorspace,

  • 5 car parking places and 100 cycle parking

  • 2000sq.m. of landscaped communal amenity areas including a tennis court.

The proposed development is reflecting the character of the surrounding green areas by:

  • use of materials associated with countryside, such as wood cladding, concrete, green walls

  • shape and scale proportionate to the surrounding residential development and trees

  • building shape and mass will allow higher density but without being monotonous and uniformed

  • wood cladding will age beautify changing into grey colour to dissolve in natural surroundings
