Interior design and full refurbishment of luxury rental 3-bedroom apartment in Mayfair
Creating luxurious feel within a budget
European style, mixing contemporary and traditional, comfort, status and Mayfair heritage
Mayfair rental market is very competitive and tenants expect high standard of furnishing, details and facilities
The Brief was to create comfortable, luxurious interiors appealing to an ever-developing taste/demand for luxury property tenants. At the same time make it easy to maintain and repair as it is a rental apartment
To emphasise the amazing view from 12th floor on to Green Park and Hyde park
Working in 70s apartment block with a challenging ceiling height and limiting concrete structure
Bespoke architectural sliding partitions separate Studio from a Dining/Living room, allowing space to be easily transformed and keep a lot of natural light.
